A bit firm

Nice item, but a bit heavy for sleeping. I am sure it would work good for theraputic purposes, I did not use it. I am looking for something light for sleeping.

I VERY Highly recommend this product !!! I have lived with chronic spinal pain after multiple spinal roddings.
Using this particular eye pillow and select nature music I am able to find that peaceful place of R E M sleep which we all require. The mimimal pressure on the eyes, totally disassociating from the pain, and letting the sounds of rain or surf to focus on works for me.
