Saved us on a long flight!

On our return flight from China this little gizmo came in very handy. Our adaptor/converter had died, and we weren't able to charge up the ipod before heading home. We were trying to watch a video and the ipod battery completely died...by attaching this we were able to continue watching without any problem. Don't know how long it would have lasted, since we had to shut off "all electronic devices" just as the video ended - but on an ipod that was completely out of juice, we watched well over an hour of video before shutting it off. Downside? the 2AA batteries are heavy. Would highly recommend it though!

Great emergency charger for your ipod. The only reason It doesn't get 5 stars is because it can easily slip on or off by accident. (such as being in your pocket) Other than that, a sleek charger that works well at charging my 30GB Black video ipod

Love it. Charges my ipod and can use as a torch light.

This is a must have when traveling. Charges my ipod within an hr. and use it as a torch light. Dua purpose. Very good quality.

great charger

after i bought a griffen ipod charger which uses the 9volt batteries which broke i saw this one, bought it, and it works great

uses 2 AA batteries (a lot easier to come by than 9V) and keeps my ipod going

the connector can detach from the unit itself too, so i dont have to worry about bending it and possibly messing up the wires

only complaint about it is the switch, toward the plug is to turn on LED lights, middle is off and reverse is charge. it slips between the three too easily, ill have it in my pocket in off, and when i pull it out to use it, its in the charge setting or has the LED lights on (but since they're LEDs, they dont drain much power so its fine, just annoying)

Mobility and the iPod are two magnificent partners. You can move here, there, and everywhere to listen to music, view videos (where applicable), and view photos. But power is limited.
