Happy with a side note.

As always, Norton is a bit slow at start up (unless you want to pay more for the 360). This is a 3 user account. Loaded on 2 different machines with 2 different results of ease. I do have a 3rd computer, but it is a MAC and there is no exceptions from Norton. I did find it cheaper a few days afterward, but already had to return it once (shipped single user)and did not want to go through that again. However, Norton is still the best out there.

Meets expectations

Install was improvement over the older versions. In the past after a fresh install I had to run live update 3-5 times to get all the patches -- typically with a reboot in between. With this version the install downloaded patches and there was only 1 live update for the latest virus definitions post intall.

Installed on 2 systems -- one was perfect. The 2nd system had a problem when clients tried to connect to the printer. The firewall was rejecting requests and client reported "Spooler service not running". After some debugging I determined it was due to the number (or type) of network interfaces on the system. I had vmware installed which had several virtual interfaces + firewire which MS will setup for TCP/IP even if they are not connected. All of these interfaces left the firewall confused, rather than fight with the configuration, I just disabled these interfaces leaving only the 'real' NIC and the problem was solved.

One little note for folks who haven't purchased the 3 pack before, when you activate the first machine, you activate the subscription for all 3. It's really 1 subscription for software you can load on 3 machines. I'm not complaining, pricing is better than 3 separate packages.

Amazon had a good deal and delivered it in a reasonable timeframe.
