Great Company, Cool product

I've been using the Vudu for several months and love the instant access to movies. The rental selection can be somewhat limited due to studio restrictions; otherwise, I think the service is great.

The box started acting up a couple of weeks ago and I actually pulled it out of my entertainment system (DHCP errors and freezing). Within days I received an email from customer asking me to confirm my shipping address. - They had noticed the errors on their end and wanted to send me a replacement box - free of charge. All I had to do was return the damaged unit after the new unit arrived (with the enclosed FedEx label). They also provided a movie credit for to allow me to replace the movies I had on the old box when it died. YES!

Other companies should really pay attention to VuDu's customer service model. This is how you build product loyalty.

fun and cheap

not too much to say other than this is a fun way to get high def (or standard if you roll that way) for way less than a blu ray, not to mention way less cluttered. I would also add that this thing is so much easier to use than any other solution- the controller has 5 buttons and a wheel! my girlfriend and my mom have no problem using this. i'm sure even my grandma would get it!

Very good product

Got it from Best Buy (sorry Amazon but they offer a $200 movie credit). Picture quality is very good and the box works flawlessly. HD movies are much better that using my OPPO-981 player and upscaling the same movie on SD (Still this oppo player is a decent upscaler).
After I hit play i got the HD movie with no delay. One drawback; no subtitles or close caption for English speaking movies.

WOW WOW BETTERN THEN XBOXLIVE OR APPLE TV !!!

I have tried akimbo, apple tv, xbox live moviebeam I almost gave up but VUDU is the best !!! instant play and they have the largest selection of movies, more then some video rental stores !!!!
