I love this stuff! It gives me lots of engery and I almost never feel hungry or the urge to binge eat. I have lost about 10 pounds and feel great. It does bother me sleep, but it is worth it. It is the ONLY diet pill that I have ever tried that doesn't upset my stomach or cause reflux or heartburn.

I have tried this product before and had just recently purchased it again. I am in love with it. It's like an old friend; reliable and dependable. I have tried over 20 different diet pills and this one BY FAR has surpassed them all. The couple things that I have noticed with it, that it doesn't say, is that it makes you incredibly thirsty. When you first take it, you feel like you have cotton mouth so you down water like crazy. (which is good for you anyway) Also, you cannot drink any caffeine because you will not be able to sleep in the beginning. I was a Diet Coke-aholic and continued on when I started the pills. Boy, did I learn quick to stop that. They will keep you awake all night if you drink caffeine. However, the good things are that you only take 1 pill a day. Before or after breakfast. I always take them before breakfast because I feel that I eat less. Maybe it's all mental. However, by breakfast time, you really don't feel hungry but you have to remind yourself that you still have to eat. All day long, I don't feel hungry AT ALL. That's saying a lot coming from a girl who could've eaten at any point in the day. And the incredible energy I have now is astounding. Now I have the energy to go work out and not want to drop the minute I get home from work. I would recommend this to anyone! I love love love it.

can tell its working after only 2 days.

I have only been taking the product for two days. I work at a bar and grill with alot of tempting deep fried foods like fries, chicken strips and mini corn dogs that are easy to eat on the go when its busy. I worked for 9.5 hours last night and it honestly didn't tempt me. I wasn't hungry, all night. Normally I have to eat at least two small meals. The only drawbacks are the dry mouth, and I could see it causing some malnutrition issues unless you eat a balanced diet with it.
I highly recommend this if you are into eating healthy and working out. Its a great supplement to your plan.

I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, STARTED 6/8/08 AT 234 LB, I LOST 8LB THE FIRST WEEK, 3LB THE SECOND WEEK AND 2LB THE NEXT, STILL LOOSING, I AM AT 221LB TODAY 6/26/08. I TAKE MY PILL AT 6:15, BREKFAST AT 6:45-7AM, AND HAVE A HARD TIME EATING LUNCH, AND THEN DINNER, WHICH IS ABOUT HALF WHAT I USED TO EAT, FOR EXAMPLE I HAD NO PROBLEN HAVING A SANDWICH AND A CUP OF SUP FOR LUNCH, AND THEN SOMETHING SWEET. NOW I HAVE NO SWEET CRAVINGS, AND BY THE TIME I AM DONE WITH HALF THE SANDWICH I FEEL STUFFED. I KNOW THAT I NEED TO SUPPLY MY BODY WITH NUTRIENTS, SO IT MAKE ME DO BETTER FOOD SELECTIONS. GREASE FOOD MAKES ME FEEL SICK, AND I HAVE TO SAY I USED TO LOVE CHINESSE FOOD AND FRIED CHICKEN.
