B & O Earset 2

Wow! I have tried numerous bluetooth headsets and none match the build and sound quality of this headset. The fit is very comfortable -- I wore it for over eight hours on the first day with no discomfort. The control button is well placed and very easy to use. The sound quality is excellent with voices sounding natural and full. This unit is replacing a Jawbone which has no way near the voice quality and ease of operation of the Earset 2. One particular annoyance of the Jawbone is the bright flashing light that is on when connected and cannot be turned off. I felt like a conspicuous walking lighthouse when wearing the unit. The Earset 2 has a discrete small green blinking light on the back and doesn't yell "look at me!" to the immediate world.
The Earset 2 is expensive when compared to other ear sets and well worth it. In the long run, I spent far more on inferior items trying to find a satisfactory unit and would be way ahead had I purchased the Earset 2 in the first place.

Great option for those wearing behind the ear hearing aids

I've looked EVERYWHERE to find a headset that will fit with my hearing aids without hurting my ear canal or falling off. The B&O ear hook swings down over your ear and can be adjusted comfortably over your hearing aid. The speaker neither bores into your ear canal or presses against the ear lobe causing unpleasant whistling feedback. This is by far the best design out there I've seen, and I've seen lots. It's extremely comfortable and easy to use.

I'm still trying to figure out if I can listen to music on my iPhone with it, but I give it five stars just based on the superior design and comfort.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for

The fit, volume and sound quality (for both parties) are superb. The construction and quality are first rate. The ability to adjust the fit makes for a very comfortable experience. I have owned many bluetooth headsets, but this is clearly the best when it comes to sound quality, fit and overall performance. No complaints.

But it is also four times the cost of most headsets. For some, like me, that won't be a problem. Others think that's insane. Both arguments are correct. If you can afford it -- this is the best. If you can't, there are lots of "good enough" headsets out there for under $100. Probably the best of this latter category come from Sony Ericsson.

best yet! Cheap if you consider

I've had to many wireless headsets that ended up either in the scrap, lost, or eventually dumpled off on e-bay to count. The B&O is the best I have ever had. Very comfortable when the earpiece cover is utilized Makes for a snug yet comfortable fit. Make sure you don't throw the covers away by mistake. You get a few sets with the unit. They arrive in a small plastic bag that can easily to tossed with the packing. The set is very light weight and totally adjustable. After having my fill of plastic formed audio components, the feel of this ear set give one a sense of something that is a precision hand machined instrument. In other words, this is what you expect something that costs this much to look, work and feel like. I like to get what I pay for and this product did not dissapoint me. I'm picky and I like the feel and the fit. When not in use, they fold up and are stored in a hard durable magnetic hard case that doubles as the charger. I love this, I've trashed a few headsets by having them in a pocket unprotected. I always dreaded having to use my cell phone in the car. Always cumbersome to use and difficult to hear with all the surrounding noise. Now with this ear set, I actually enjoy using my cell on the road again. People can hear me perfectly and I have crystal clear reception from my end with this ear set.
Lastly let me say this, you get what you pay for. If you buy this earset it'll be your last. I've spent over a grand on sets I no longer have. This unit has a 3 yr. warranty from a company that has a reputation for making things that work and replacing or fixing them without blinking an eye. My only regret is that now I have an itch to buy more of their products which could be an expense habit to scratch.
