At least it works

I have this adapter, and I have never had any catastrophic problems with it.

That being said, it shows up like a 45W adapter in my System Profiler (17" Aluminum PowerBook G4). Additionally, if my PowerBook has shut down due to low battery, I cannot plug this adapter in and immediately turn it on. Instead, I have to wait a few minutes for an adequate charge to build up. After that, it will run as long as the adapter is connected.

So, it's not as powerful as the Apple model. However, it's sturdy and reliable.

This adapter works super well and the cable that is connected to the charger box is so much better than Macally's as it doesn't tend to bend and distort the wires. I have had so much trouble since my apple adapter failed on me finding a good aftermarket adapter for my Titanium 15". My computer's battery gave up a long time ago so I rely on a good charger. This one is cheap and durable I don't have to worry about hauling my gear around and not being able to start it up for a client. My 2 cents.
