Very pleased

Product arrived well packaged 4 days after I placed my order. Tripod is not "flexible" but does fold so as to take minimal storage space. Politely worded information card was included re warranty & how to contact them for customer service.

Pleased with this product

It seems as if K. Middleton "MusiclKen" above took the words right out of my mouth, so I don't have much to add, other than provide a thumbs-up from another satisfied customer. On a completely separate note, the tripod that I received did NOT have flexible legs; it was of the folding type. Still useful for tabletop shots and such, it just doesn't stow away as compactly as I would've liked. The flexible type would've fit better into my small camera bag.

Excellent Value

Works like a charm in my Lumix DMC-FZ8. Seems at least as good as OEM. Tripod is small, easily stored. Perfect for self timer shots where you want to get into the picture too!
