Excellant bread.

This is the only kind of bread my husband will eat, I make about 3 loaves a week and he eats it all, what's left over , I make french toast and it is delicious. Great bread,

NOT Dairy-Free!

Please be aware that this product is not dairy-free. The ingredients are: white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, skim milk, whey, corn starch, brown sugar, guar gum, salt, and a packet of yeast. I haven't made anything with it yet, so I can't speak to that, but just wanted to make others aware that it's NOT DAIRY-FREE.

I love this bread . My 16 year old has Celiac Disease. And I started making this for her . After a few other brands . This is her favorite . Tastes as close to "normal "( what she was used to eating all her life bread).I made it in the bread maker . Was good but a fatter, shorter loaf . I now make it in a large loaf pan in the oven. It is much better and not hard at all to make actually seemed like a shorter time from start to finish in the oven . More the size of bread we are used to . Great both ways but oven cooking is the way I bake it now . Try it both ways and see for yourself. So good I try not to eat it all on her :)Just arrived today from Amazon . Fast and cheaper than I get it at our local Health food store . Thanks again Amazon !!

Great sandwich bread

Unlike some of the store-bought gluten/soy-free breads, this bread not only tastes like "real" bread, it holds together well. I find it works best if made in a bread machine. Plain or toasted, I've used it in sandwiches (yummy grilled cheese!), and for stuffing and French Toast. I do recommend thin slices for sandwiches, but not too thin. If you've missed bread, this is it!
