LOTS of important stuff!!

Vitimineral Green has a LOT of important ingredients. It comes in a powder form which needs to be mixed with water. If you like the smell of a swamp, you will be able to drink it. I held my breath. I DID feel better after I drank it. Wish that they could come up with a capsule form. Go online and find it. You can read all of the important ingredients that you need and will not find in our foods.

V8 and not enough

Highly potent stuff. Mix it with V8 to go down easier. Perks you back up especially if you are coming down with an illness. My only negative thought is it didn't arrive full. Seemed like it was only 3/4 full. But oh well. I still love it!
