the product worked fine but it didn't work with my verizon v3 razor. Not the products fault but verizons since they block all file transfer devices.

Good product

This has worked just as I wanted. It came with an installation disk, and I have been able to transfer pictures off my phone, and a song onto my phone, to/from my computer. Fairly straightforward controls. My only "complaints" would be that mine is black, instead of the pretty blue that the picture seems to be, and it would be better with a loop or something, so you could hook it on a keychain. It is quite small and, while I haven't lost it yet, it's a very real possibility.
