Very Relaxing CD

I really enjoy this CD. I'm a massage practitioner and even I get lulled by this CD whenever I play it for my clients. Very soothing sounds. I recommend purchasing it.

Seems to help

Seems to help relax my mind. I think the secret is to listen enough, where your mind will automatically go into this calm state, even without playing the cd. I think it's worth the small price to give it a try!

Not what I hoped for

This Healing CD has a bit of a dirge sound, not very interesting compared to his CD "Renew the MInd" Perhaps I am unable to appreciate it properly as I'm not sick (thankfully)

Valuable tool for Relaxation and Rejuvenation

I purchased this product to assist with relaxation and stress relief.
I find this is now a "go to" for me, in my car on the way home back from work,plays in the background (in the office) while working on projects, etc.
This was my first experience with Dr. Thompson's work...and I was so impressed, I have purchased additional CDs, since then.
