Green tea review

I have been using this product for weight lost for about 2 weeks drinking it @ 1 time a day and @ 2 weeks drinking it 2 times a day. My weight has been at a stand still at this point. I have not gained any weight or lost any. I do however recommend this product. It's a good cleansing agent.

Good weight managment for a short time

I like this tea, because it helps me lose weight. I drink 2 cups a day, for a short time. If I go longer than a week, I get dizzy (because my brain doesn't get much food, I guess)and losing those pounds to fast (skin doesn't have the time to adjust,you can get skin marks), also intestines have extra activity( it's not healthy- you get good bacteria out). And need to stay hydrated!-It's very important (I think).
3 Ballerina helped me lose 20 pounds in 2 months 5 years ago. After 2 kids, ones again, I'm returning to this tea- need to lose 20 pounds again. Doing it slower and more carefuly than the first time.
Also, regular better than extra strenght- less cramps (mild). For this tea to work , I drink it aprox 1 hour after a meal. When preparing, I leave the cup covered for 3-5 min., no sugar. Enjoy!

I tried this tea to try and help me lose weight. It did help, but I wouldn't use it again. It would have helped more had I been able to go to the gym, but I didn't want to go while drinking this tea. I tried once but had to cut my workout short.

Pros: This tea does cleanse you out; I did lose weight; It suppressed my apetite.

Cons: Occassional cramps; Has you running to the bathroom a lot; Can cause dehydration, so make sure to drink plenty of water.
