Better than the Gel and the Spray

I have the gel, the spray and the roll on and my preference is for the roll on above the others. The gel gets all over your hands and the spray is great for reaching difficult places but you have to hold your breath and close your eyes when using. This is far and away better than any muscle pain product I have tried. Since my Dr. recommended I have referred my coworkers, my parents (basically everyone!) and all of them have gone on to buy thier own.

Biofreeze Rocks

Have been using BioFreeze --gel or roll-on--for many years. It rocks for any muscle spasm/tension/sprain/strain---you name it. Try it--seriously! I recommend it to so many people you would think I own stock in the company, but I don't.

I have had neck pain and miagranes for years, and I have found that putting this on the back of my neck helps a ton. I like the roll on ones because you don't get it all over your hands. Don't forget to shake it first!
