fast service!!

I would recommend getting magazines through Amazon. The service was amazingly fast (no 6-8 wks, more like 2 wks wait) & they made sure you got the back issues.
Very pleased with the service.

Good price, but starts with back issues

I decided to go for it on this promotional sale price of $1 for 6 months. I know Rolling Stone has lost some cred over the years, but I still enjoy reading it. As for the subscription particulars, I have received 3 issues so far -- I think one is current, but the other two were back issues. I guess I'd better watch the starting date on my subscription if I plan to cancel it before the full price kicks in (automatically). Might not be the actual date I received my first issue, but rather the date OF the issue -- since the issue was already old. In my case I have not bought or read these issues before, but if you've just paid full price at the newsstand, or just read the latest one at the dentist office, then you'll be getting some repetition there.

ROLLING BACK THE STONES!

Just received my first issue of ROLLING STONE Magazine with General McChrystal's interview. A collector's issue! Not only that...Lady Gaga was a refreshing surprise.
