I like the two offerings by VitaFusion for those who want to make sure to make the 30 minimum fiber level (well, 25 minimum for women, they say, and as a woman, I still prefer to make it above 30). Unless you eat a lot of whole grains, veggies, fruits and legumes, it's HARD to make that 30+ magic level. I love beans and whole grains and such, but some days, I just don't make it. While I have really regular bowel function, thank goodness, I find things are even better when I'm at or above that 30+.

Hence, fiber supplementation.

Both VitaFusion fiber gummies have a place here. One is for those seeking aid with weight loss (it has green tea and chromium). This one is the basic fiber, and it's great. Yummy taste, 5 grams of fiber for two gummies. Each gummy is 5 calories. No funky aftertaste. Chew and enjoy. How easy is that.

I recommend you drink a glass or more of water with the gummies (to keep things moving along easily, yeah).
