Worked great - EXCEPT

The product eventually worked for me... but getting there was not a joy... initially the backup would not record... after too many hours with tech support and too many "try this... reboots"... I managed to muddle my way through it... now product works well... just hope you don't need technical support...

Norton Ghost-Another Terrific Symantec Product

I'll keep this simple; this product did and does everything I want it to do. The directions are easy to follow. This product works with local and external drives. I used it to change my laptop's 40 gig hard drive out with a 320 gig hard drive (that I purchased at Amazon.com). I did a disk copy and slapped the new drive in and everthing went very smooth. I use this product daily to back up my important files automatically.

Great Product at Great Price

I have ver 14.0 but needed 15.0 for windows 7. Believe it or not, I would have been more expensive to but the upgrade right from Norton. Basically I left 14.0 on the other machine and used the 15.0 version purchased here for my new machine. This full version of Norton 15.0 was also more expensive from Norton as well as everywhere else I checked.
