More contious of my weight due to this scale.

I am 70 lbs. overweight and of course you tend to not look at your weight because you are embarrassed. Because of this scale and all that it does we weigh our selves daily and try now to see even the slightest.5 weight loss because of the accuracy of this scale. And the friends and relatives who come over enjoy this Composition monitor because of all it does NOT just the weight scale. Money well spent.
