Poor manufacture
I returned this item and never actually used it on the grill. It is porceline coated, and two ends of the grilling surface had porceling missing with bare metal exposed. It would have rusted almost immediately. I doubt it would have held up to a barbque spatula. The concept with one solid half is excellent, as well as the three lips and one open end.

Best fryer for fish & chips
Used this fryer for my annual Canada trip. Worked great for frying fish and Potatoes. Just a note, read the manual. Pre-Set the temp to 375 and all you have to do is turn it on and set your time for twenty minutes. Walleye's were perfectly done with Fry Krisp & Corn flake crumbs. " Cook in Peanut oil ". Best fish you will ever eat. Love it!

Thats right my husband is a fry nut. He has owned 3 deep fryers,very messy to clean. This pan is great, easy to clean easy to use, just put in dishwasher. Just be careful when regulating your heat to fry. This pan is great for the price.

Not worth the money!!
I purchased one less than a year ago and the plastic by the hinge cracked within a year! Since you can't fix plasic, the trash can is now trash!!
