Album of the Year...so far.
If the year was to end today, this would be the Album of the Year. They take an old-school blues style and give it a modern twist. The only wish I had would be to hear more songs produced by Danger Mouse, but even without DM working the knobs, the songs have a unique style. Buy this album. It will not let you down.

A Great Box Set!
I purchased this box set because I wanted to hear the original performers...I was not disappointed! The music is beautiful and clear and the performers are superb.
The packaging is nice and includes a libretto (a little booklet with all the lyrics and dialogue).
The only fault with this set is that Sarah Brightman's voice is hard to make out at times so you have to adjust the volume a bit.

As originally released, Exile on Main Street is the best album ever. The outtakes and alternative tracks included here-in are not up to the standard of the original 18 tracks, with only Plunder My Soul worthy of inclusion. The second disc, with the unreleased songs and versions, is interesting, but not indispensable. Disc one is simply the best rock and roll music ever recorded.

Andrea Boscelli's Vivere was a new and exciting experience for me----what a magnificent voice. Though I did not understand the language I understood the message through his voice. This soundtrack is amazing and love the fact they got tons of indie bands for New Moon. The songs just describes the emotions and the intensity of the movie (Bella losing Edward). My personal favorites; Hearings Damage, No Sound but the Wing, Possibility, Slow Life, Satellite Heart.
