Music Shrouded in Mist
Clean. Transparent. Natural. Touching. Breathing. These are adjectives that I would choose (if asked) to describe this incredible score. Lord of the Rings was undoubtedly a commercial movie. A blockbuster, yes. Yet somehow, deep inside it touched every single person who saw it. Even if they don't know it themselves, it did. I'm sure of it. Partly because of all the subtleties of Tolkien's ...

This album further compliments the astonishing work the artist has done along with the spectacular singing of The Love Fellowship Choir! I must say when I hear the work of this ensemble I am all ears because I'm never disappointed in knowing they will always "Bring it" !! God Bless!!

Amazing, awe inspiring and the stuff of legends!
What can I say that hasn't already been said about Howard Shore's magnificent score for the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy? A soundtrack can define the whole atmosphere of a film, and this fully orchestrated work certainly does that with sweep, splendor and wonder, alternately humanizing (hobbit-izing?) the characters, imbuing the landscape with magic and capturing the world-shaking impact of ...

Outstanding Collection
The aptly named Ultimate Movie Music Collection does not disappoint in the least. As a film score and movie soundtrack purist, I am always skeptical about any CD with film scores that have been re-orchestrated, and re-recorded by a pops orchestra. More often than not, renditions of scores tend to lack the emotion and impact of the original and are vastly inferior. I can confidently say that this ...

visually stunning jazz documentary
This is a beautifully filmed documentary that captures the energy, improvisational spirit, and daring attitude of today's jazz musicians. The film shows live jazz being made in a variety of venues and reveals the breadth of the art form - from small "serious" jazz clubs to massive festivals to concert halls to basements, recording studios, front porches, computer labs, etc. You gotta respect the ...

Great voice, great songs
She truly does a beautiful job singing Enya's "May it Be" from LOTR. Another favorite of mine on this album is "Dell'Amore Non Si Sa", a duet with Andrea Bocelli. Need I say more? You'll enjoy this album.

The Fellowship rises again!
After repeated listens....I think this is the strongest effort by the Brian Blade Fellowship yet. The writing is amazing, and the playing is beautiful. They keep getting better and better with every album...let's hope we don't have to wait another decade for the next one. If you are already a fan, definitely pick this album up. If you are new to this group...buy this along with the ...

Limited edition a great value for an upscale package
The special limited edition of "The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" packages the soundtrack to one of 2001's best films in an elegant and upscale, yet still very affordable, deluxe package. Bound in red leather, it has two parchment-look pockets inside, one containing the CD, the other containing the CD booklet on heavy cardstock paper -- this is one CD booklet that won't be in ...

A must-have for your library
This one is absolutely fantastic. If you are already a Hezekiah fan, this one reminds you of why he's a staple in your music library. If you're not a Hezekiah fan, this one is a good place to start. It's got something for everyone (akin to a gospel sampler). Upbeat/up-tempo praise, traditional praise, thought-provoking worship, funky-grooves for the young & young-at-heart. Solid lyrics, ...

Freestyle Fellowship

Get Ready For The Super Rap Battle Tag Tournament Champs
The Freestyle Fellowship is made up of an unprecedented amount of talent. Crew members Aceyalone, Mikah 9, Self-Jupiter, J-Sumbi, and P.E.A.C.E. completely revitalized the Los Angeles underground hip-hop scene in the early 90s. The signature element of the collective is their bafflingly speedy flows. In addition, they bring a whole new set of fresh ideas to the table. Even in the early stages of ...

My favorite Hexekiah Walker CD
I had this CD a few years ago. My nephew came and stayed with us for a few months and after he left I noticed that my CD was missing. I finally just recently repurchased it, as it is one of my all time favorites of Hezekiah and the LFC. (I guess my nephew really liked it also. Everytime I looked, he had it in his portable player..lol). My gospel CD collection was not complete without this CD.

Essence of Yoga Philosophy
Of all of Master's recorded talks, this is one of my favorites. With such love, empathy, charm and enthusiasm, Guruji talks about removing physical, mental and spiritual suffering by its roots so there is no recurrence. I could listen to him talk for hours on end. His voice never gets repetitive and tiring for me. Each time I listen to his talks, I learn something new that I didn't realize ...

Yeah, the music is very good, no doubt about that. I expected the vocals, especially because I wanted the original of Into the West by Annie Lennox, so that was a huge disappointment, but the CD is very good if you are happy with an instrumental version

A great collection
This is a really fabulous collections of songs. There is a great balance of old and new. This isn't a collection from one single genre and the diversity keeps the mix interesting. It's great to hear songs that wouldn't normally be noticed while a movie is playing and it's also great to hear those easily recognizable tunes from popular movies.
