Go with a higher capacity reel than your hose length.
My advice of the day is that if your hose is 150', a 175' capacity reel is perfect. This way you're not having to perfectly guide your hose on to the reel so you don't run out of space. There is a place at the bottom in the front for you to put your foot to anchor the cart. This keeps it from moving and helps with leverage when you're cranking the handle to roll up your hose. Disappointed with cotton rope attachments
Have previously owned cotton rope hammocks that only lasted one season and bought this one because it was poly and I assumed would be sturdier but to my surprise, while the body is quite sturdy and just what we wanted, the ropes that attach it to the stand are cotton, not poly or nylon as we expected.

Functional yet attractive
I was looking for a hose reel/container for my front yard, one that would conceal the hose yet not take up a huge spot in my garden or be an eyesore. This reel pot did both - looks nice, is small, and reels in hose well. I would recommend holding the pot as you reel in as it is lightweight and tends to tip if you are reeling in a large amount of hose.
