The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind Game of the Year Edition166 reviews

Windows | Bethesda Softworks, 2003

If only I had a better graphics card...
It's an awesome game. That just about sums it up. The game is entirely non-linear, and you have the whole world open to you at the game's outset. This can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what type of gamer you are. My advice: familiarize yourself with the Morrowind Wikia site. It has outlines of every quest you could ever encounter in the game, and step-by-step solutions. Trust me, ...

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion39 reviews

Windows | 2K Games, 2006

Great RPG
If you like RPG's.. then this is a must have game. The only draw back i see is that it is NOT playable online. The graphics are top notch, game play is good. There are a great many add ons to edit this game as well.. so if looking for an open ended game with well over 300 hours of RPG fun, then look no further.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine26 reviews

Windows | Bethesda, 2006

Terrific set of add-ons
The Knights of the Nine CD collection is an excellent addition to anyone's Oblivion game. There are a few subtle gameplay tweaks (such as the Spell Tomes), while others are great quest addons (such as Mehrune's Razor), and the Knights of the Nine itself is a wonderful added faction with a compelling storyline. I would recommend anyone considering downloading the addons to Oblivion to instead ...

The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles15 reviews

Xbox 360 | Bethesda, 2007

Sheogorath is hilarious!
The Shivering Isles creates a new world for you to explore, with new monsters, new ingredients to try out at alchemy, a schizophrenic world to explore, and as part of the storyline you'll get a cool two-in-one sword, the Dawnfang/Duskfang. Plus the character of Sheogorath, the Prince of the realm, is what was missing in Oblivion proper: a fun and engaging NPC with bucketloads of personality! ...

Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles37 reviews

Starting From Scratch Is Definitely An Option
There are plenty of good reviews here do I don't want to rehash things. I do just want to point out that you can play this with a new character and not have problems. I finished Oblivion long ago and deleted the game from my hard disk, but thought I'd kept my save games. Ooops. I loaded Shivering Isles and couldn't find the saves, and was concerned that I'd have to spend hours leveling up ...

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion: Game of the Year Edition43 reviews

PLAYSTATION 3 | Bethesda, 2007

Game of the Year
This game is by far one of the best games that I have ever played. The scenery in the game is magnificent. The game play is very good and fluent. Everything about this game says AWESOME. There are however a few glitches in the game that I am sure you can fix by finding a patch online. Everything has a flaw somewhere though. I would recommend this game to anyone who loves a good RPG. There are ...

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion96 reviews

PLAYSTATION 3 | Bethesda, 2007

You can't go wrong, best bang for your buck
I bought this game a couple months ago, and I'm still enjoying it now. It has seemingly endless gameplay and depth. The world is vast and detailed, and is just amazing to look at, especially in 720p HD. I've never been a big fan of RPGs, but this game is definitely special because of its depth. The main quest is very enjoyable, but only makes up a small portion of the game. There are many side ...

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition36 reviews

Xbox 360 | Bethesda, 2007

Possibly the best game ever made.
The realism, the open world, the real time effects, the graphics are beautiful. The quests are great and there are so many of them that this game has infinate replay value, I could beat this game with every class and still love it. This is like the amazing Baulders Gate and Icewind games but on a whole new even more realistic level with infinate possabilites. I could just walk threw the woods ...

Elder Scrolls III Morrowind268 reviews

Xbox | Bethesda, 2001

Best Fantasy RPG For Xbox
By far the best fantasy based RPG for the original Xbox. Endless adventure and customizing options. The story can be a little difficult to follow with so many side quests, but that does not detract from the overall playability of the game. HIGHLY recommended.

Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind Expansion Pack: Tribunal317 reviews

Windows | Bethesda, 2002

Morrowind Master
I don't mean to insult the other reviewers, as they seem to be experienced gamers, but I think I have the most experience with this game, and my review will be the most accurate. Let me start by saying I came across this game in 2004 (actually it might have been early 2005) when my friend bought it for $20 used, for the Xbox. (If you have an Xbox and a capable PC I reccomend this game for the PC, ...

Peter Olafson

Prima Games, 2007

Elder Scrolls Oblivion PC version
The Prima Guide is so complete. Has a sence of humor in scripting and is very detailed in what you should know and what you need to find out on your own... I got one for Dungeon seige, Elder Scrolls Oblivion and now Shivering Isles. It is a must have side kick!

Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Collector's Edition (DVD-ROM)119 reviews

Windows | 2K Games, 2006

Oblivion and the player
I have played this game in the amount of thousand of hours since I bought it well more than a year ago, and I am still playing it. No single game can please everyone, and it may very well bore some people, but Oblivion has provided me with a game that can be kept on playing. On the computer, there is a very easy way to adapt it to your own way. You add mods. They really thought about the ...

Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion88 reviews

Xbox 360 | 2K Games, 2006

Good
Graphics are average for this next gen console. Was one of the first games out, so that is to be expected. Game play is fun and long. If you like RPG games, then this one is a GREAT one. Only draw back is no online play like a Worlds of War Craft. Didn't come with a manual. But arrived in a very timely manner with good condition. Think the manual ommision was a one time thing. Would buy from ...

Forget about reality...
...because life as you know it will be replaced by this mammoth of a game. It's seriously one of the largest games ever conceived. Also, it happens to be one of the best which is why so many months will be dumped into exploring this masterpiece. This the limited edition of the game which is one of the nicest collections I've seen in gaming releases. A cool, thick outer sleeve encases a "lord of ...

Elder Scrolls: Morrowind (Game of the Year)138 reviews

Xbox | Bethesda (Console Only)

Third copy to date...
I bought a used copy of this game at a local video game store this time last year. Instantly loved it. The options that you have are endless. Seriously played until the game wouldn't load anymore. So....had to get another copy. Got another used one. Beat the game finally, then had to go without because I wore out that copy. Learned my lesson: BUY NEW WHEN YOU PLAY FOR 5-8 HOURS A DAY FOR A YEAR! ...
