+ An innovative suspenseful thriller!, + Phone Booth a Winner
I always liked this movie. It's cool how a snobby publicist named Stu is cheating on his wife, then 'the caller' calls Stu at a phone booth, and if Stu hangs up, the caller will shoot him. The caller does shoot someone and everyone thinks Stu did it, then the police get involved. It's also cool ...
+ Fakes On A Plane... + Never under estimate a mother
A great movie. There hasn't been that many good, smart thrillers in the recent years so I was glad to have found this movie. It's sort of a chase-thriller which keeps you guessing who the culprit is or, in this case, sometimes makes you wonder if there is a culprit at all. It definitely kept me ...
+ The Pod-less People... + The Invasion-Good remake updated for the times
What if we were invaded and no one noticed?
The idea of aliens taking over our bodies and then continue civilization as we know it but only without wars and heated arguments probably comes from the 50's Cold War. The Body Snatchers is the 'bottom up' alternative to the top-down Manchurian ...
Is He Or Isn't He... That is the question... Or is it?
+ He calls himself Prot. + Classic performances from Spacey and Bridges
We've seen this film a number of times and enjoy it every time. It is filled with humor, misery, suspense, intrigue, science and a little bit of philosophy. K-Pax tries to get the viewer to expand his/her knowledge of the world around him/her by presenting the story of a man who appears one day in ...
+ i am legend + Post-Apocalyptic Horror/Drama With A Spiritual Edge
I ordered the movie as a Christmas present, and it came very quickly. There was no delay, and the seller kept in touch until the product was delivered. We have not watched the movie yet as it is for Christmas, but I have not doubt of the quality given the service thus far.
+ "Breach" + Your FBI at work, and after only 20 years of traitorous leaks, they bust the case. Chris Cooper is superb + Tightly woven, briskly paced and utterly absorbing...
Flying a bombing mission over Laos in 1965, Dieter Dengler (Christian Bale) is shot down, tortured, and imprisoned in a POW camp. Refusing to give up hope, he leads the other, dispirited captives (Steve Zahn, Jeremy Davies, Abhijati "Meuk" Jusakul, and Lek Chaiyan Chunsuttiwat) in an escape ...
I can't understand why this was not a highly featured film. It is a great action picture, with lots of humor. I've watched it 3 times now, and enjoy it just as much each time.
