There are virtually no other bars on the market with at least 5 grams of protein and still less than 3-4 grams of sugar and fat. The taste good as well! They are small though, so don't expect one bar to tide an adult over for very long.

I scoffed when I first saw this flavour on a pretzel item. Bought it on a lark anyway. Yowza!!!!!!! My tongue did back-flips when I combined it with chunks of Brie. Careful; you'll become addicted ... and nothing else will ever quite satisfy again. ;-)

I love Krinkles but these are too hot.
I am a huge fan of the LesserEvil products and this is the only one that I cannot recommend. The heat is way too high on this flavor and I almost find myself choking from the spiciness.
