I've found that Pampers are far better diapers than the competition. While there are still some spills, it's not nearly as bad as with other brands. They get the job done. I can't think of much more--after all, these are just diapers.

I love my unbleached cotton Chinese prefolds. These keep me dry and they are much less obtrusive than the round disks (disposable and reusable). If you really need thin, go with Lily Padz. But I like this material for keeping me dryer. The sticky tape on the back isn't very strong, so i find they can bunch up a bit after I breastfeed.
