Best introduction to games for 3-5 year old
This game was the first game my son was able to play from age 3 onwards. It is an excellent introduction to counting, a very easy but engrossing game for a child to play.

Who uses Windows 3 ('95, '98) anymore!?
Caveat emptor! If you own a computer purchased or updated during the last 10 years, this software probably won't work on it. . Hardly noted, is the designation for Windows 3 software. Since most computers now operate XP (much less Vista), this software won't work. Sorry I wasted $22 . . . Hopefully you won't.

Great game, my daughter is already sassy anyway
Great story with lots of interactive stuff to click on to keep youngsters interested. The reading race game is excellent, however the authors did not include nearly enough words in the game to keep it interesting long term. A real shame, as the game itself is motivating and educational and would have real value in teaching spelling and word recognition skills if only the dictionary was larger. ...

I have been searching for this game since I gave mine away after finding that my new computer would not accept it. I now have a laptop that has the setting it needs. I am so happy to have it back. I enjoy the Beijing game the best. I have not seen anything like it since.

Well, if you haven't played Earthworm Jim, you're definitely missing out. This game was great on Sega, and beautifully reproduced for the PC. They now have Earthworm Jim 3D for the PC, but have not as yet released Earthworm Jim 2 for the computer. I suggest getting this one (hey, look how cheap it is!) before it is no longer available!

Good Game
It has 5 games. Letters, Numbers, Shapes, Music, Faces. These are fun games each has 3 different levels of playing. The second cd is a detective game sesame style. I thought it was fun, but reader rabbit is more intense in learning. Still it is a fun game for young kids 2 to 4 years.

Preschoolers can READ!
My son learned to read with this software at age 4! He loved using it & we were surprised at how fast he learned. He loved to play the games & was learning, too! The characters are fun, but the software can be a little slow sometimes--clicking the mouse usually speeds it up & helps move it along. I would recommend this one!

My 2 five year old daughters love this program and will sit and play/learn for hours where they would lose intest after 10 minutes with ordinary reading books. I am 17 and studying for the ACT. I checked out several titles from the library and this is by far the best! You take diagnostic tests and it customizes your review to help your weak points. I am hoping to raise my score by two points when I take it again in a few months and know it is managable working with Score Builder!
