I got this software free with my computer. For the simple task of burning CDs, every time I'm in the middle of dragging songs over to the Track Layout area, the system says it's encountered an error and shuts the whole thing down without saving anything. Most reliable CD Recording Solution available
This software has proven to be the most reliable out of all the burning software I have tried, and I have tried most of them. It's simple and powerful. There are a few drawbacks though. It doesn't work 100% of the time, nor is the user interface the best that it could be. Though, it IS easy to use and has no competitors that are at it's level.

Overall, this product seems to work pretty well. I've been able to backup individual files, and restore them at will.
