Awesome program for someone wanting to remodel thier house
I bought this software for my wife. We are remodeling our home and I would rather her make changes on the computer instead of on the house. I figure it will save me thousands of Dollars in materials not to mention the time to make the changes. I like having the capability to virtually walk through the house and see the cabinets and the furniture.

It's a very useful software when you want to do interior design yourself
There are a lot of good things about this software. The major pull-back is the learning curve, othervise it's a 5-star one. By the way, be sure to set the correct elevation of your house to start with, or you won't be able to change it once you put on walls, windows everything.

Video tutorials are good but there is lots to learn so resorted to finding how some aspects of the program worked via Google searches. As other reviewers have stated, this software has some real issues. Some research indicates that the software engine is about 5 years old, which could explain a lot. It does not conform to basic Windows API standards. Things like undo do not work. Good all around!
The ease of use is phenomenal! It is incredibly easy to get started, design, and see the final product. I wish the Pro Series had more features and tools. It does take a little longer to learn more intricate functions, but all around it's very simple. The CAD tools that come with it are BS. If they added a few more features this would be a slam dunk!!

Great Program
Tried several lower price CAD programs and this is by far the best that I have tried. The snap lines have the feel of AutoCAD which the other programs I tried left me guessing about alignment. The software comes with a real 344 page manual and training videos that are build into the program. It has the feel of high-end software.

Tougher Than It Looks
Overall this is a good software. My 12 yoa daughter has learned to navigate it quite well. I'm still floundering. She shows me that this can be a great tool for home/remodel design ideas.
