Best Notation Software
All I can say is "DITTO" for the quality of this software program from the reviews I read before buying it. It is more than what I expected. I bought this as an upgrade to Sibelius Student and I think this is the least inexpensive way to get the full Sibelius version. What can I say? I am happy to the max.

This is a great product but i recently upgraded to the full Sibelius 5 version, the best product of it's kind out there. The Student version is quite adequate to start with (the upgrade to 5 is very reasonable). WH

This is a complete waste of money.
For the past 5 years I have been an elementary music teacher. I had 150 bucks to spend from my PTA and I really enjoy working with Sibelius notation software,however, this paticular product is an absolute waste.

Auralia is generally an excellent product. Could be improved by explaining wrong answers - for example, if an interval with notes played together is mis-identified, the notes should be played separately.

Outstanding learning aid
As a student with a lot of desire and little natural talent, I have found this software to be a great tool in learning enough music to play guitar. My biggest criticisms are that the guitar sounds don't really sound like a guitar, and that even the easiest rhythm lessons are too complex (my teacher agrees with me on this). All in all, a good product.
