I purchased and loaded this product a couple months ago. I am now locked out of my administrator account (cannot access any data files) because the time management won't reset as scheduled. The technical support has been insulting and of no help.

I adv them that this the defeated my purpose and that I wanted to return it as I did not use the product. A nasty online rep said that if you wanted covert you should have said it!!.
