Awkward Product shows lack of customer focus.
Version 2 shows lack of customer focus. I have used the emergency recovery feature. When creating a recovery disk it asks you to find the appropriate drivers for the SCSI and Jazz drives and tells you to search your manufacturers literature! Good luck on this. An Excellent Upgrade
We recently upgraded from 7.0 and I'll tell you what a difference it makes. This version has ever trick and addon that you can name. The Exchange agent makes MS Exchange fixes a snap. The agent accelerator makes our backup run in half the time it used to!
