Sped up my connection, and helped me troubleshoot!
I was skeptical at first when I saw this program for 2 reasons: 1) the ~1995 SoftRAM fiasco [in short: SoftRAM did not work as advertised, in fact it did not work at all], and 2) the potential for privacy invasion from "free" Internet accelerators.
