Glory of the Roman Empire
To me Glory of the Roman Empire is a work of art and a really great game. The graphics are far above average. Learning to play is simple and the level of the game is not complicated nor demanding. As I mentioned in another interview elsewhere, you can play GotR without having to worry about Caesar making a lot of difficult demands which must be met within a certain period and distract from the ...

Caesar IV
This game is so much fun and the graphics are great. Only one problem, if your computer does not have the latest graphics card and a lot of memory the game will play extremely slow.

Good Sim
I've played many sim programs, and Children of the Nile is a good example of a well designed and implemented sim game. There are many different goals involved in the campaigns, each requiring a different approach to your civilization building to attain them. Scenario goals can involve prestige, trade, politics, religion, conquest, etc... either alone or in some combination. COTN does not run ...

Very fun and engrossing
I've been playing this game for 6 months (since Jan 2008), logging over 300 hours of game-play (which it tracks for you), and it is still my favorite game. Before this game, I played SimCity 4 and CivCity: Rome. (BTW, I also tried SimCity Societies, but I don't even consider that a game, and so you will hear no more mention of it here). The game is more fun than all other city-builder games ...

Windows | Take-Two
CivCity: Rome invites fans of Sid Meier's Civilization to shift focus and get really hands-on with city design. Players can shift focus from building an empire to building a single city within an empire. But it's not just any city - this is Rome, the crown jewel in the largest empire of its time.

Fantastic, Underrated Game
I have no idea how this is averaging only three stars, because Civ IV (along with Beyond the Sword) is without a doubt the most balanced and entertaining turn-based strategy games ever made, and a serious contender for the best PC title released this decade. This game is not for you if you: - don't like time-intensive games that you'll almost certainly not finish in one sitting - don't like ...

A Great Game!
For a person who LOVES city building, this one is great! It's simple to play, you can make your own scenarios and it will keep you occupied for hours! This game is great for people who just love building games with an historical theme.
