Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred Upgrade7 reviews

Windows | Nuance Communications, Inc., 2008

An Outstanding Product That Will Amaze and Delight You
I have been using speech recognition products since IBM ViaVoice and Dragon Dictate were battling it out. This is by far the best version of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. It is compatible with both Internet Explorer and Firefox, as well as Microsoft Word. I am using it right now to dictate what looks like to be a lengthy post addressing some of the one star reviews posted above. I think they are ...

Neverwinter Nights 2 Expansion Pack: Mask of the Betrayer33 reviews

Windows | Atari, 2007

Best expansion game I've played
I don't usually expect much out of expansion games, but this one impressed me. In fact I think its the best expansion game I've ever played. It truly is an expansion, in that you can use your original character, although you are in new areas and will have new party members. The number of party members is scaled down quite a bit, but they are all good characters with well defined personalities and ...

FABULOUS SURPRISE
I teach online college courses, and I was eager to find voice recognition software that works and would cut down on my time in the virtual classroom. I'd been reading all about Naturally Speaking Preferred 10 for some time, but I was afraid of it because of some of the reviews I'd read, even though I have two colleagues who use it and praise it. But, today, I bit the bullet and bought it along ...

Really enjoy this product. Graphics are really well done and there are favorite games on here that are no longer available at the casino.

Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning Collector's Edition33 reviews

Windows | Electronic Arts, 2008

get your RvR on
Tired of the 'pac-man' PVE game? Looking for a PvP/RvR game? This is it. Game starts with quests right in the middle of battle scene (rather than picking cactus apples). Research server you are on for max value. Level grind is much more fun than WoW, does not even feel a grind (maybe those last 3 levels to 40). Wolk? Another grind for 10 more levels? Rather have an elective colostomy. ...

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 Preferred [OLD VERSION]254 reviews

Windows | Nuance Communications, Inc., 2006

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 preferred
Product shipped quickly to the UK, but Microidea hadn't made any arrangements for paying VAT, so I was hit with a bill for £25 covering VAT and a special courier charge as well. To their credit, though, when I wrote to complain, they refunded me the £25. Then, when I tried to install the product, one of the files was corrupted, although that was (presumably) the fault of Dragon, not ...

Neverwinter Nights 2 Gold14 reviews

Windows | Atari, 2008

Review from a beta tester
As a tester, I've seen alot of stuff go thru my desktop machines (I've got three desktops and three laptops, the desktops are radeon based and the laptops are nvidia machines.) I've tested Nwn2 extensively, and as of the semi-latest patch 1.13.1409, there was only one script bug misfiring in the official campaign that I could see. Since I upgraded to MotB, I have not seen the script bug at all. ...

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Standard51 reviews

Windows | Nuance Communications, Inc., 2008

Getting better
I have been a Dragon NaturallySpeaking user since Version 7 and thought Version 9 was great. Version 10 is even better! What most people need to remember, though, is that it is the small, common, everyday words that can cause grief--more so than more complicated words. The program does not nor will it ever eliminate the need to proof read what is dictated.

Loads of Fun
I am having a great time playing this game. I play it almost all day. I like the fact you get to choose your own people to play. I get to arrange the different people to my best estimate of a challenging game.

Dragon's Lair 29th Anniversary Edition
Whew! I couldn't rate the playing as I have not gotten the courage to try it yet. I had this game before but at the time had windows 95 and game was for windows 98 so couldn't load it. I have always been curious about it so got it. Have just watched the play for the graphics and see how it is played. Wow ... for me the graphics are great but can see it might be over my head as you use the ...

Broken Sword: Sleeping Dragon (Jewel Case)6 reviews

Windows | DreamCatcher Interactive, 2005

GREAT GAME!!!
Okay I'll admit I was weary of buying this game as I'd heard it wasn't really an adventure but more of a hybrid. I found this to be compeletly false. This is strictly a third person view, adventure game. While not the normal point and click (you have to use the arrow keys like in Grimg Fandango and SOMETIMES a choice of up to four keys). I disagree with the previous reiveiw that this was hard ...

Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Preferred Wireless4 reviews

Windows | Nuance Communications, Inc., 2008

Works great with bluetooth and Atom netbook
I finally received by new Dragon 10 and the Bluetooth bundled ear piece. It took a long time as nuance did not send me any kind of tracking number so I missed the shipment. However, it was well worth the wait. I have to admit I've only had this for a few days so I have not experienced the failure of the USB inset the previous viewer has, perhaps I will over time. However, I was thrilled to see ...

WHEN cRPGs TOUCHED THE SKY...
This was the LONGEST the MOST FUN game I have ever played! And, mind you, I am not an easy customer (feel free to browse through my reviews, you will see what I mean...) The original BG series was excellent in all of storyline, gameplay, music and stability. Now, nowadays, sequels usually mean a graphically-improved expansion (at best). BG2 is a rare exception of the sequel clearly SURPASSING ...

Temple of Elemental Evil: A Classic Greyhawk Adventure130 reviews

Windows | Atari, 2003

The Temple of Elemental Evil
If not for the bugs and typical new D&D rules adapted to computer games this game would be one of the best I've played. First; the bugs. This game is riddled with them. The two times I played it all the way through there were: My wizard stopped gaining spells, My characters couldn't pick up items, Summoned monsters wouldn't unsummon(which was a real problem trying to conduct business in town ...

Neverwinter Nights306 reviews

Windows | Atari, 2002

One of my favorites...
This is one of my favorite games, right up there with Starcraft Broodwar and Counterstrike 1.6. This and those two games are about the only video games I ever play anymore, and with good reason. They are awesome games. The campaigns are fantastic, but what is possibly my favorite is the online play with other people. This is a must-have for any D&D player or RPG lover.

Eragon12 reviews

Windows | Vivendi Universal, 2006

You get what you pay for
When I read the product description, I didn't expect another "Ultima X", and so I am satisfied with both the graphics and the action. One good point is that the first part starts out with what is basically a tutorial (instead of having to memorize part of a manual), and there are other screen tutorials throughout various phases. A previous reviewer is right that it's much easier to play with a ...
