Love It.
I bought Power Structure to help me with a novel (Civil War type historical fiction) and it really helped me organize my thoughts and ideas. I'm one of those writers with way too many ideas in my head. I also use the screenplay mode to help me think of my novel in terms of a movie. I use a Dell Windows XP laptop and it runs just fine. No problems at all.

It Works If You Do
Writer's Dreamkit is a good program, but if you are looking for it to write your novel or screenplay...hate to tell you...it doesn't come with a genie who will grant your wishes. It does come with some good tools to help you.
