Works for Me
I've used WinZip for years. I bought this one for the .rar file type feature. They shipped me version 12.1, which is the latest. It is just a CD in a CD case and not the retail box pictured. It does what it's supposed to do for me. I don't compress pictures, so I didn't try that feature.

The lowest security setting works but take a lot longer to load web pages. The encrypted and anonymous settings dont work at all.
