I bought the CD "Encyclopedia Britannica Profiles: U.S.Presidents" from Dagwood Books through Amazon. I could not install it. When I tried to install it, a message came up that I needed to go to the Britannica link and download an additional program in order to be able to install the CD. bad description
It is a rudimentary encyclopedia. All the rest that Amazon says is there ISN'T. No thesaurus etc. I got had ordering it from the used section. Can't blame the seller -- Amazon wrote the description. Amazon didn't care and the seller offered a credit but that didn't work. So, thanks Amazon for the lousy support on this issue. You just lost a star.
