Excellent Product, not such good support
The software itself is very high quality, does a fabulous job. However, I am having trouble with connecting to update. I sent an email to support over a month ago, and still have not heard a response. Poor customer service, but still I love the utilities.

Works the best of any antivirus so far
It was easy to install and use- one thing I really like is the backup utility. Haven't had any issues with it like I have with Norton or McAfee. Also, if you need help with it, you can actually call and get help- the others you can only email and wait.
