pretty much awful
I usually don't write reviews, good or bad, because I'm a lazy man, but this here takes the cake. doesn't really work as it should: half the time you can't connect to the internet anymore, the other half the computer's frozen. now I'm fairly comfortable with computers, did my share of tweaking and configuring, but ghostsurf's just not playing nice. tried contacting customer service four times, ...

I feel this product is awesome for the price. Unfortunately I had to uninstall the software after two days because I have Norton also installed and think the programs were uncompatible. I kept having to run in safe mode half the times to get into my Vista user even after I changed default options. This is the BEST surf anonymous tool I have ever used. It offers different security settings. I set it on Maximum, which gives me a secure anonymous connection, and it hardly slows down my high speed connection. It also has tools to erase your internet tracks. I have read the negative reviews of this product, and there is a solution to the many problems. If one takes the time to read the documentation you will notice that you can allow trusted sites full access to your computer.
