Did not work as expected
I purchased this to erase a hard drive with a Windows 98 operating system so I could recylcle the computer. The program did not load. Did not perform as promised. I'm returning the product. Given how hard it is to erase an older system, this is particularly disappointing.

I had problems getting this program to work on a Windows Vista machine, although it did work on an XP machine. When I contacted customer support, they were quite responsive and made a series of suggestions, requesting a description of what happened when I tried each suggestion.
