To buy or not to buy
I was very nervous the workout ball that I purchased was gonna be thin plastic or rubber like the bouncy balls you can buy at wal mart. To my suprise it is built quite well and can really hold up to my weight. I actually removed my computer chair and replaced it with the excercise ball and that is all I sit on while I am on the computer.

A Hip-Saver

Check your height before buying
This is designed for users 5'4" to 6'. I've only owned it for a week but appears to be good quality. Includes a pump and measuring tape so you know when to stop pumping it. Also includes a CD Rom or DVD which we haven't checked out yet.
