Insoles Good
I have never purchased insoles other than the ones already in the shoes. They were a lot thinner than I expected but that might be a good thing. I can't tell if its the new sneakers (Nike Shoxx) or the insoles that assist in my running.

Great product helpful for plantar fasciatis. It is, however, very rigid and after wearing it all the time for a month, I developed swelling across the balls of my feet. So, I traded one problem for another.

I was looking for a good product, since a lot of better shoes don't have enough arch support, and decided to try these, based on the reviews. The reviews were right, they work great. You can easily cut them to size for specific shoes. After using them for a while, try going back to without, and it will feel like you're walking on concrete.

Five years ago I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. One of the doctor's recommended treatment was to use special shoes and he provided a set of insoles for $80. These are EXACTLY the same and work as well. I now have several pair as a convenience to moving them from shoe to shoe.
