Freeze Alarm
This is a product that you hope to never have to rely on in a real life situation! It did all the things it was supposed to do in the test mode but in our absence from home it has never had to warn us of a critical condition because our heating system has not failed. We are still comforted to know it is still on and vigilant, in the event it may be needed.

Not sure if it works because it's not cold enough. However, I can tell you that just trying to set this simple system up was a real hassle. The part where you plug the phone jack into fell out and was incredibly difficult to put back into place. I literally had to call the company for help. The rep. told me that the company usees recycled parts, which is terrific, but not if the parts do not ...
