Tiny Love Gymini Super Deluxe - Lights&Music503 reviews

Tiny Love

Tiny Love, 2006

Educational, colorful, and buys mom some time!
Proved to be just as good as the other reviewers said. Baby loves it. So many things to do, noises, textures, lights, colors, things to feel and push and pull. Highly recommend, I am glad I chose this play mat over the others on the site. Actually came here to buy the Baby Einstein play mat, and after reading the reviews, chose this one instead. No regrets! Glad I did!

Hasbro Playskool Busy Ball Popper474 reviews

Hasbro

Hasbro, 2006

Lots of fun
Gave this to our grand-daughter for her first birthday and she loves it. Has no trouble pushing the plunger to start it. She sometimes chases the balls, or will sit and watch the movement or will put the balls back in. She seems to enjoy the music. I have to admit, I find it really fun, too!

Lamaze Freddie the Firefly22 reviews

Learning Curve

Learning Curve, 2007

Freddie is a great toy!
My 15 week old daughter loves Freddie! We currently have him hanging on the headrest of our backseat so she can look at him while she's in her carseat. We also take him in with us when we go into restaurants. The baby gets very excited -- after looking at him she finally gets to grab him and gnaw on him! She really likes the colorful plastic rings and the crinkly noises he makes. All the ...

Adorable toy
I bought this for my daughter when she was 2 months old. She didn't do much, but she liked to look at it. She's 4 months now and she LOVES it. I hang it on her swing's mobile and she swats at it, I hold her in my lap and hold it for her and she grabs it, chews on it, throws it around. Plus, I love it! It's so adorable and brightly colored with fun textures to help my baby explore her world.

Baby Einstein

Baby Einstein, 2007

Must have!
I bought this at Target on a whim - its been one of my 8 month old daughter's favorite toys for over 3 months. We've purchased many other items and she still comes back to this simple one. We take it along with us in her stroller attached to her straps with toy rings (another MUST have!)

Fisher-Price Rainforest Melodies & Lights Deluxe Gym67 reviews

Fisher Price

Fisher Price, 2006

Baby's first taste of the outdoors.
My new granddaughter lives in Alaska and the weather is not always the best. So I brought the Rainforest Gym for her and she loves it. My son told me that she plays with it all the time and has even fallen alsleep under the stars (lights) It's has wonderful colors and lots of things to keep a small baby reaching for, and grabbing on to.

LeapFrog Learn & Groove Musical Table240 reviews

LeapFrog

LeapFrog

Great entertainment and lots of educational properties!
This toy was purchased for my granddaughter when she was 9 months old. She loves it, and it appears she will enjoy the activities for many months to come. Without the legs, she pushes the entire deck around on the floor. It is just the right height with the legs for her to stand and play. At this age she is fascinated by the sounds and lights, but the alphabet and numbers, shapes and colors ...

I can't believe Sophie is discontinued!! Buy one now while you can
Sophie is awesome! My husband didn't think much of it at first-- but Baby Naomi LOVES it! She shakes Sophie, chews on every part of her, grabs her legs-- just loves her. Her little baby friend Liv is jealous and always tries to steal Sophie! I am sad for everyone who will not be able to buy it for their babies! Why are they discontinuing it?

Lamaze Garden Bug Wrist Rattle/Foot Finder Set6 reviews

Learning Curve

Learning Curve, 2007

First Friends for My Daughter
My daughter began noticing these when she was 5 weeks old. We would show them to her when we would change her diaper, but not put them on her. By 6 weeks old she was showing a definite interest in the wrist bee toy by smiling at it. We began calling it Mr. Bee, and we placed it on her wrist whenever she was in her bouncer or in her BebePod. At eight weeks old, she began babbling and cooing ...

Sassy LeapFrog Baby Curious Crab Rattle34 reviews

Sassy

Sassy, 2007

Nice Educational Crab Rattle
I bought this rattle a while back and found it is a neat little toy. It is a little large so it is probably best to wait till the child is near 6 months old or so, just so they don't bonk themselves in the head too much with it. But it is engaging and I love pointing out the colors and their names. It stays interesting to the child, despite being a simple toy and it is cute and fun.

Lamaze Musical Inchworm15 reviews

Learning Curve

Learning Curve, 2007

First toy my son could manipulate...
This toy was the first toy that my son could try to manipulate, when he was about 2 months old, we'd lay it diagonally across his body, and he could make crinkle noises by moving. As he has grown, so has the way he plays with the inchworm- the legs were the right size for him to practice grasping, and the colors and textures are still interesting enough for him at eight months. Now that he's a ...

Who doesn't love a moose?
I love all the Lamaze toys in this series. They are cute, colorful, interactive and entertaining. They are a great quality and can hook on the crib, stroller, or anything that uses links. My little one is currently using Mortimer's antlers as a teething device.

Melissa and Doug Wooden Shape Sorting Clock31 reviews

Melissa and Doug

Melissa and Doug, 2006

This is how it worked for us
We got this as a gift from the grandparents, and it just sat in the toy box with nobody having interest in it. Then recently I dug it out of its grave and resurrected it with this game I made up: 1) I got my 4-year-old boy to dump! all the numbers out onto a table. 2) He shovels them all into a cloth bag off the edge of the table. 3) We take turn taking out a number from the bag without ...
