LeapFrog

LeapFrog, 2006

Just what I was looking for and daughter loves it
I was looking for some magnetic letters to put on the fridge and we received this as a gift for my 26 month old daughter. I love this thing. She is also learning the sounds. We have had it for about two months now and she now knows all of the letters and most of the sounds. She plays with it everyday several times a day. Most toys she gets tired of after a few days or hours but this one keeps her ...

LeapFrog® Leapster® Learning Game System - Green692 reviews

LeapFrog

LeapFrog, 2006

Same bug problem
Hi I have the same problem as the previous reviewer. My leapster was working fine all along for about 4 months then suddenly whenever we insert a game cartridge in, a question mark prompting for cartridge will appear. It seems that the leapster cannot recognise the presence of a cartridge. I have to knock the cartridge real hard into the leapster each time for it to work. Also, it would freeze ...

Melissa and Doug, 2006

Need help learning letters?
This is a great product. I bought it for my 2 year old daughter hoping it would help her learn her letters. Now that she's learned her ABC's I can help her sound out the words. It's great for her, and her face lights up when she spells out a word. A great idea for your child:)

Scrabble Crossword Game76 reviews

Hasbro

Hasbro

Scrabble, One of the Best Games in Life
Scrabble (Scrabble: Classic Edition) is an entertaining way both to stimulate young brains and to keep mature brains developing. This kind of play is beneficial. There is nothing wasteful about the time spent playing Scrabble. (Unless you are playing with someone who spends too long trying to think of a word.) There is some correction needed on the description of Scrabble. One is the age ...

Fisher Price

Fisher Price

Great Gift
Fisher-Price® Fun 2 Learn Laughtop I ordered this gift and had it sent to my great nephew for his 3rd birthday, May 22, 2008. This was a hit. He plays with it for hours and when he gets something right he laughs and claps his hands. He carries with him like a brief case. He does not have any problems with the mouse and this keeps his attention for a very long time. It looks just like a lap ...

LeapFrog

Great for Princess fans!
If your little girl loves the Disney Princesses, she will love this Leapster game. My 5 year old twins fight over who gets to use this cartridge in their Leapster. I see no problems with the graphics, and really like the game where they can trace letters of the alphabet. One of my girls has a lazy eye and problems with fine motor skills and it has been great for her! My other daughter ...

LeapFrog® Tag Reading System18 reviews

LeapFrog

LeapFrog, 2008

My Kids Love The Tag Reading System!
I originally bought 1 pen and 1 book for my 5 year old daughter to try out. She loved it! Then, my 3 year old son started to play with it as well. Needless to say we now own 2 pens and 8 books. They are great for riding in cars or just sitting on the couch. The only downfall is that you can only store so many books on the pen at once. Other than that I am a very happy owner.

LeapFrog, 2007

My 4-Year-Old LOVES this game!
I just bought my 4-year-old the Leapster for Christmas and with it I got this game Pet Pals. It was his favorite game and still is! He is allergic to dogs so now he calls this his virtual dog! He even picked out the dog he wanted himself (there are like 3 different dogs to choose from) and he named it. He loves using the pen to take the dog to different rooms, play the mini games, take the dog ...

LeapFrog® Leapster® 2 Learning Game System - Green1 review

LeapFrog

LeapFrog, 2008

Better than ever!
We owned a Leapter L-Max that quit working due to an "accident." Because our 3 year old has loved and used that machine several times a day we had to replace it. He had learned so much from the previous Leapster and the reviews of the V-Smile were poor, so we decided to go with another Leapster. While we did go back and forth about whether we wanted another L-Max for the TV play capability or ...

Our Cat Loves It
This toy is great fun for the WHOLE family. Neville, our cat, always comes running when we start playing with it. He loves to push against it and make it play the sounds. My only complaint is that it makes the wrong sound for R. It says that R says /er/ but R actually makes the sound /r/. It's really difficult to say without a vowel, but you must or kids will it up pronouncing the word row, erow. ...

Fun while learning
Leapster is a wonderful, durable and entertaining product for young children. The finding Nemo cartridge has kept my 5 year old grand daughter captivated, entertained for hours. While many of the cardridges are very learning skills focused, this catridge emophasizes fun, humor and helping others. Battery life is excellent even when played for hours at a time. The unit survives the beating of a ...
