Does not change color!
Purcahed this same doll for my 4 year old daughter who wanted more than anything to see the purple tail "change" color. It didn't do diddly sqwat. Nothing changed color. I tried warm, hot and cold water and still...nothing. Bummer for my little girl. Will not be buying the other colors in this mermaid doll.

Great Dora backpack!
My daughter LOVES her Dora backpack. It isn't heavy, like most backpacks she would carry around on her back. She can put some books in it, her Boots stuffed animal, and other things. She brings it with her everywhere. We cut the string that was attached to the Map so she could use it easier.

Favorite Xmas Gift!
We got this for our granddaughter last xmas. Seven months later it is still working perfectly and gets nearly daily use. My only complaint would be the expense of keeping printer ink to print all her masterpieces!
