These Megna Dinosaurs are annoying. They don't hold together well and do not stand up on their own without the help of the metal "trading card" that comes with it that is also used as a base. They were somewhat fun to switch pieces, but the magnets do not stick well and the pieces fall apart.

Good Starter power toy
This a great toy for your 18 Month to start out on his first powered vehicle. With a top end of 2MPH, you don't have to worry about any horrific accidents. At first he would just sit on and play with the all the buttons on the handle bars but never really go anywhere. At 2 he is having a lot more fun with it and is not scared. Seems to stay charged a long time. I would buy it again.

I am happy with these models. The paint application and detail are very good. Have hung them up in my son's room. My only gripe would be price. If you are really into BSG and like miniatures, this set is a reasonable purchase.

MY kids liked the raptors, seem durable enough, one moves his legs around when you press the button (manually, not electric), the other roars. Good for plane trips as they aren't too big to carry, but we enjoy the bigger dinos in this series more.

My daughter, 10, collects Audobon birds. She was so happy to add this to her collection. It got her to research more about the owl. And it's very soft and cuddly, while still looking somewhat realistic.

Unfortunately the only 1/48 available...
It's unfortunate that this is the only 1/48 Raptor out there (the Revell one seems to use the same mould) because it is pretty sub-par in today's market. Detail is very sparse, the fit is pretty lousy, and the painting guide is just terrible. It's nice to have a Raptor in this scale, but as for the kit itself, I hope we see a better one soon.

Dinosaur Island Playset
I used these for cake toppers for my son's 5th birthday cake. It was absolutely adorable! It comes with a plastic volcano and playmat. When we were finished with his birthday, he was able to play with this as well. Very cute.

Greatest toy for my 5 year old grandson
My 5 year old grandson had so much fun with this toy. He played with it the most out of all his gifts. It makes sounds that are so realistic and moves it's mouth like it is going to bite you. It's tail moves and he gets up on his back legs and acts like it is going to jump. He has asked for this the past two years, but I thought he was to young for it. But his age is perfect for this.
