We love it!
Very happy with the SkyScout. Worked perfectly out of the box, easy to use, lightweight and sturdy. Was a huge hit with the grandkids. It was helpful to have a simple star chart with us as well, useful in finding the entire constellation once a single star was identified. Very fun, I can see getting a lot of use out of this great product.

Very accurate and durable product
I purchased this planetarium for my sons birthday. The criteria I had were brightness, accuracy, and durability. Once lights are turned off, the stars or star and constellation images are viewed easily. The only issue is on a flat ceiling (which most users will be projecting upon) the edges are a bit blurry. I bought this kit the same day I purchased my first telescope. The eyepiece options I have now ensure that I always have the best view. The quality is good, and the color filters really bring out features on Jupiter and Saturn. The moon filter works good as well. The one thing I use the least is probably the Barlow.
