Educational and fun at the same time. I would recommend this to everyone with a two-year-old.

Dance Baby Dance! - Classical Stacker112 reviews

Fisher-Price

Fisher-Price

an improvement on the classic
My daughter's daycare has this toy (I think thye usually use it without the batteries...). At 13 months, it is simple for her to stack the rings. I believe this toy is more developmentally appropriate for this age than the toy that I grew up with (just like what we have at home), which Fisher Price calls Rock-A-Stack. On the Rock-A-Stack, the pole is slanted, so the rings have to go on in a ...

Lamaze Balancing Bug Stacker12 reviews

Learning Curve

Learning Curve, 2007

Great toy!
Not only are these adorable... but my 16 month old daughter loves them! She is so proud of herself when she stacks them up - the magnets really help make it "easier" to stack them. This encourages her to continue to work on this new skill. Regular blocks topple over much easier (especially on carpet) and she loses interest quickly.

Play Along

Great toy that teaches dexterity and coordination
At first I couldn't see what all the fuss was about, but my 7-year old and 10-year old love this toy. They love to compete against each other and even teach their friends so they can compete and see who is the fastest.

Never gets old!
My son has played with these rings for over a year and loves them. They keep him occupied more than the musical/electronic toys. He likes to make the rings spin and roll across the floor as well as stack them. You can't go wrong with this classic.

Melissa & Doug

Attractive and Hand-Appealing
I ordered this as a tool for therapy for my arthritic hands. It was useful for that, and it is very nice to look at. Currently I have it set on a stainless steel cake stand in the kitchen, where it really looks great. The pieces are smooth, the paint seems very sturdy, and it looks great. The colors are vibrant. It is a great item, and a great price to boot.

I love this toy!
I purchased this for my 6 month old. Hes a little young so I keep the smaller blocks and the base away from him to keep from injury. But its great to watch him grab each piece from the stack and try to put it back.

Megabloks

Megabloks

Cute, but limited
This is a cute toy, but it really doesn't do much of anything. It comes apart and makes some cute noises. The little one I purchased it for just looked at it. But at that age, it is sort of tough to find much.

I Love The Rainforest Creatures
I bought this for my 4 month old. She would rather try to eat the hard giraffe instead of the soft rings. She knows what she has to do with the rings but can't quite get the grasp of it yet. I would definitely suggest buying this toy. It's really cute and educational.

Very cute toy; make sure to change to alkaline batteries
I just purchased this product at Toys R Us on sale about 33% off. When I got home, before I opened the box, I read the reviews. To the person who could not get her toy to move & dance around: like most electronic toys these days, this toy is loaded with cheap, limited-power heavy duty batteries. To get the full effect of the toy, change the batteries to quality, fresh alkaline batteries. ...

LEGO

LEGO, 2007

Greatly anticipated, but then ignored
When my son saw this in the store he immediately clamped himself on to it as if it were his salvation. Despite his parent's failure to cave into to his demands, Santa remembered and this showed up at Christmas. For our son (5 at the time) who is an avid lego builder the building was not hard, he had it together pretty quickly. However in terms of play it simply wasn't that exciting. The ...

Great toy
I bought this toy a year ago & my now [...] has played with it almost every day! I have seen his play progress from just stacking them, to sorting by color, to stacking as high as he could, to making unique patterns, it is really quite amazing to watch. His other favorite toys are duplo blocks, wooden blocks, puzzles and another great toy called Magtastik.

Manhattan Toy NooBoo Symphonic Stacker1 review

Manhattan Baby

Manhattan Baby, 2008

Great Toy - Fun Sounds
I highly recommend the Symphonic Stacker for any baby. My 6 month old loves it and has been playing with it for a few months already. The pieces are soft and chewable and the ribbons are mesmerizing to my little one. The sounds are fun and not at all obnoxious. A great product!

Great quality toy!
My 1-year-old daughter loves this toy. It is well made and I am glad to know it is made in Germany, so that I don't have to worry about the lead paint that keeps appearing on so many Chinese-made toys these days. My daughter loves chewing on the pieces and knocking over the stack, then trying to rebuild it. It is durable enough to tolerate the rough play of a toddler. The toy is constructed so ...

Wonderful Toy!
I bought this toy when my daughter was 3 months old. I planned to put it away until she was 6 months. As soon as she saw it, she started to reach for it. She is now 4 months and loves to play with the rings. She doesn't stack them yet, but she will play with the individual rings and noises for long periods of time. It's a great toy she will use for a long time!

Stacking Wooden Rings1 review

Schylling

Simple is better
She LOVES it, she'll sit for what seems like hours in "baby-time". At first she just like to crawl around with the smaller rings in one hand, then she discovered how to stack them, make noise w/ one ring on the post shaking back & forth. And NOW she'll stack them in differing orders, try with the top on, & without. Definitely a great toy, the simplest are always the best.

AWESOME!
I can't believe that my one year old can spend so much time playing with cups! He will stack them and nest them. You can hide things under them or use them in the tub. It is a pre math skill. They are easy to transport and very good quality. I great gift for a young toddler. My only complaint was that they were so hard to find. The only place I could find a good quality product was online.
